Luxury consignment is a curated resale partnership where pre-loved designer items are sold through a third-party shop or platform on behalf of a consignor. The items are authenticated, priced, and featured. Once the item sells, the consignor receives a percentage of the final sale price. 

We don’t just sell luxury, we curate experiences. Our appointment base approach allows us to take the time to learn about your preferences and assist you with personal styling. We understand and respect the craftsmanship of pre-loved designer items while ensuring your pieces are presented beautifully and sold with intention.

Luxury Finds Consignment Ltd. is a curated pre-loved marketplace where items are pre-owned and/or pre-loved. Items are curated carefully where we accept predominantly gently used items, and unworn items that may have been simply forgotten in the back of the closet. Each product page includes detailed notes about any visible imperfections on the item.

Authenticity is paramount and our top priority. All items are carefully reviewed and authenticated. Luxury Finds Consignment Ltd. reserves the right to decline any pieces that do not meet our authenticity standards.

In the event an item is deemed non-authentic, a penalty fee of $250CAD per item is charged (additional charges may apply). Please click here for more information. 

To provide a personalized one-on-one experience, we require all clients and their guests to book an appointment online. Without an appointment, you will not be able to enter the store.

Please note that our shopping appointments are in 30 minute increments. If the desired time slot has been booked, you will not be able to book your appointment for that time.

All orders within Canada are subject to applicable sales taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

For international orders, duties, taxes, and import fees may be applied upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If these fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, any additional shipping or handling costs required for redelivery will be the responsibility of the client.

Insurance is not automatically included with all shipments. However, we offer optional package protection for high-value orders for added peace of mind.

Please note, since all items are final sale, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have requested and received sufficient images and videos of the item of interest–confirming the condition of the item, prior to completing your purchase.

Once the order has gone through, it will be considered as an agreement to the state of the item. We encourage you to visit the store and connect with our stylists to ensure the best shopping experience. 

All packages sent out are assigned a tracking number and require signature at the time of delivery.

Any payment changes to an order will be subjected to a 6% processing fee. If the incorrect item was purchased, a processing fee may also apply.

Once an order has been processed or shipped we will not be able to make any changes to the order.

Consigning removes the hassle from you and offers a seamless alternative to selling privately, which often can be time-consuming and unpredictable.

By consigning with us at Luxury Finds Consignment Ltd., there's no need to worry about photos, messaging, or negotiating. We take care of everything, from presentation, pricing, marketing, and client experience. This allows your pieces to reach a loyal luxury audience that values pre-loved fashion.

We accept authentic luxury designer handbags, shoes, clothing, and accessories that are in excellent to very good condition. Pieces should reflect quality craftsmanship, timeless appeal, and strong resale value. Acceptance is at our discretion to ensure our collection remains highly curated.

Pricing is based on the current resale market value, brand desirability, condition, and seasonality. Our expertise ensures your items are positioned competitively while honoring their true worth.

Final pricing is agreed upon collaboratively.

Items are typically consigned for a set period of 90 days, allowing sufficient time for exposure to our audience.

At the 60 day mark, should your item not be sold by this time, we can re-evaluate pricing of your item together.

If an item does not sell within the 90 days time frame, we will discuss next steps together, whether that’s a price adjustment, return, or alternative option.

Once the 90-day consignment period has ended, you are more than welcome to pick up your items by scheduling a pick-up appointment, extend the consignment period with written consent, and/or adjust the price of your item.

If you live outside of Toronto GTA, you can request for your items to be shipped back to you. You will be responsible for package insurance and shipping costs

Commission varies depending on the item category and value. This covers professional merchandising, marketing, client styling, authentication support, and the luxury shopping experience we provide.

Full commission details are shared transparently during the intake process appointment. 

Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process your payment. Payment will be issued via e-transfer or other methods agreed upon at the time of consignment.
