LFC is committed to working closely with you while keeping things simple! We offer our clients with an exclusive and curated in-store selling and shopping experience. We also offer our Pink Glove Service, and at-home closet edits to make room for your new looks!
Step 1: Fill out the intake form (1 to 5 items)
Please fill out the intake form and include as much information as possible about the item you wish to consign with us. After submitting the form, please wait for a response from our operations team before booking a drop-off appointment. Our reply will include instructions on the next steps. Due to a high volume of inquiries, please allow up to 7 business days for our operations team to respond.
If you are looking to consign 5 to 15 items, please book a virtual consignment call with us here
In the notes section, please indicate the number of items, categories (i.e. handbag, shoes, accessories), and brands.
During the call, you will show us the items up close and we will either accept or decline the item.
After the virtual call, please submit a group photo of the items with the inclusions (i.e. packaging, receipts) to info@luxuryfindsconsignment.com. An email response will be sent to you with instructions on the next steps.
Step 2: Agree on Terms and Prices
After reviewing our email response, and if you are comfortable with the outlined terms and pricing, you may proceed to the next step. Should you have any questions, our team would be delighted to assist—please feel free to reply to the email for clarification prior to your visit.
Kindly note that all pricing is finalized at the time of drop-off. The price range provided serves as an initial estimate based on the overall condition from the photos submitted and the market research conducted by our team.
Step 3: Book an Appointment

Drop-off appointments are available:
- Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Saturdays: 10:30AM to 4:30PM
If you are unable to visit during these times, please feel free to contact our team at info@luxuryfindsconsignment.com, and we will be happy to assist you in making alternative arrangements.
During your visit, our team will carefully review your items and finalize pricing with you in person. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have to ensure you feel fully confident and comfortable entrusting your items to us. At the time of drop-off, you will be asked to sign a consignment agreement confirming receipt of your items.
If you are unable to visit our store (i.e. out of province), instructions on how to proceed will be provided in the email response from Step 1.

Step 4: Get Paid
Leave the rest to us. Our team will professionally present and promote your item(s) across several channels, including our social media platforms, website, and curated in-store appointments, among other sales avenues.
Once your item has sold, you will be notified promptly and your payment will be processed accordingly. Please allow 7–10 business days for payment processing.

During your drop off visit, we will carefully review your item and finalize the buyout price in person. Please note that all items will be authenticated on-site during your visit before your payout.

Common Consignment Questions
Of course, Luxury Finds Consignment Ltd. accepts pre-loved merchandise from across Canada. To start, please complete the online intake form, and our operations team will provide a quote within 5-7 business days. For US clients, kindly fill out the online intake form, and specify your location. Our operations team will provide you with details within 5 to 7 business days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate walk-in visits, as our boutique operates strictly by appointment.
All visits must be scheduled through our appointment app, and valid government issued ID is required in advance. Before booking, please complete our online intake form and wait for a response from our operations team. Appointments made without a response will be cancelled.
The initial suggested prices are based on a few factors:
- the images you have submitted via the online intake form which reflect the condition of the item
- Current market demand resale prices
- Current retail price
- Historic sold prices
All selling prices are finalized at the time of drop-off. Due to the uniqueness of each item, our operations team will review each item with you and adjust the prices accordingly.
Your item(s) will be posted on our social media platform within 48 to 72 hours provided that the item(s) has passed our authentication process and all required documents have been signed and confirmed by you.
Item(s) will be photographed professionally within 2 to 3 weeks and posted on our website. During this time, your item(s) will be displayed in-store and our stylists will showcase your item(s) during our daily lives, styling posts, and in-store shopping appointments.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your payment to be processed.
Your file will be updated when an item has sold, returned to you, or more item(s) have been dropped off to us for consignment.
