Shipping policy


Order Fulfillment: 

Once an order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for our team to process and confirm your purchase (excluding extended holidays or severe weather conditions). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number or further instructions for in-store pickup. Should you experience any issues, please feel free to contact us at info@luxuryfindsconsignment.com.

Availability:

Due to the unique nature of our business, many of our pieces are one of a kind and availability may change quickly. For this reason, holds are not available for the majority of items.

Items priced over $4,500 CAD may qualify for an in-store layaway plan with a minimum 30% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid within 6–8 weeks. Missed payments that are not communicated to Luxury Finds Consignment may result in forfeiture of the item and deposit. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable between items or individuals.

Afterpay and Affirm is available for Canadian Residents. 

In the case that your item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for this to reflect on your account. 

Orders identified as high risk may be subject to cancellation. In such cases, the order will be voided and may not appear on your account. For more information regarding voided transactions, we recommend contacting your bank or financial institution.

Courier Service Providers, Rates, Tariffs & duties, Insurance: 

The expected delivery time/date will be provided along with the tracking number and will vary due to season and choice of courier services. All shipments within Canada are shipped via Canada Post and shipments for the USA are shipped via DHL. Please note, during service disruptions with Canada Post and/or DHL, LFC reserves the right to select the best next courier service provider available. Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed during this time and will be dependent on the courier service provider.  Delays in shipping time cannot be grounds for cancellation. 

Please ensure your name and billing address on your credit card matches your shipping address as we will only ship to your billing address, unless authorized otherwise. Any incorrect information provided may result in a delay, and your order may be canceled. Any undeliverable packages returned to us will be held at the boutique for in-person pick up unless an arrangement for reshipping is made and at the buyer’s expense. Under no circumstances, LFC will not be responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged packages due to incorrect information provided to us.

Please note that any applicable tariffs, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price. Luxury Finds Consignment does not have control over these charges. If you would like an estimate prior to completing your purchase, please feel free to contact us. For additional information regarding customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Due to the nature and value of these items, we strongly recommend purchasing package insurance. Luxury Finds Consignment is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. As a result, no compensation will be issued, including but not limited to refunds, store credit, or exchanges. If you would like to add shipping insurance to your order, please contact us at info@luxuryfindsconsignment.com prior to completing your purchase.

In-Store Pick Up:

In-store pickup is available Monday through Saturday, from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM (until 4:30 PM on Saturdays).

After placing your order, please allow up to 48 hours for processing. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

As our boutique welcomes guests by appointment only, please schedule your visit on our website via the “Book an Appointment” tab. Our team will confirm your appointment and request a government-issued photo ID prior to your visit. Please note that ID is required for all visitors, and appointments may be canceled if ID is not provided.

During your visit, please ensure you have your email confirmation with you. 

If a third party will be picking up your order on your behalf, please provide their full name exactly as it appears on a government-issued photo ID prior to the visit via email (info@luxuryfindsconsignment.com) and ensure that the appointment is booked under the same name provided. This ensures a smooth pickup experience. Luxury Finds Consignment is not responsible for any items lost/damaged or misplaced during third-party pickup.
