AUTHENTICATION

Authentication - For Sellers

LFC takes possession of all items and thoroughly evaluates every item to authenticate it.  We may request the Seller to provide supporting documentation (i.e. purchasing receipt) during a detailed examination and research process to provide a suggested selling price.  Should any items require an additional authentication, LFC will utilize Entrupy, a reputable independent authenticator, to verify the authenticity of the item.  The authentication service may take up to 3 business days, and the Seller will be subjected to a $75 CAD non-refundable service fee (Hermes excluded).  Please visit https://www.entrupy.com for further details on the authentication process.

Any items deemed non-authentic, will be immediately removed from the marketplace and sent back to the Seller at his/her cost, or held at our boutique for 14 days for pick up. Items not picked up or sent back will be donated by LFC.  A service fee of $150 will be charged to the item owner.

Authentication - For Buyers

LFC thoroughly evaluates every consigned item to determine its authenticity, quality, and value.  Should any item require an additional authentication, LFC will utilize Entrupy (https://www.entrupy.com), a reputable luxury goods authenticator, to verify the authenticity of the item.  Zero tolerance to counterfeit is our policy.  Any items deemed non-authentic, will be immediately removed from the marketplace. If a buyer wishes to purchase their Hand Bag with an Entrupy Certificate a $50.00 charge will be applied. This can be found as an option at the time of checkout online or will be added for any instore purchases. 

Our team has been assembled with experienced luxury personnel who have been trained on the savoire-faire and details of these luxury pieces.  Integrity and expertise are at the forefront of our business acumen as a trusted marketplace for authenticated, pre-loved luxury goods.  Be assured that every item you purchase is authenticated, or 100% money back is guaranteed.  While we take the authentication of the luxury goods we sell exceptionally seriously, and will reject any item which authenticity is even remotely questionable, still there can be no absolute guarantee that each counterfeit item consigned to us is detected.  We refund the cost of a product to a buyer, if the buyer questions its authenticity and returns the item.

Brands identified on our website are not involved in the authentication of the products being sold by LFC.  None of the brands sold assumes any responsibility for any products purchased from or through our website.  Brands sold by LFC are not partnered or affiliated with LFC in any manner.
