Luxury Finds Consignment Offers The Following Percentage of Payouts:

All Handbags (except Chanel & Hermes), Shoes, Accessories, Small Leather Goods, Tiffany Jewelry | 70%

Cartier, Rolex, VCA, Chanel Fine Jewelry and Watches | 80%

All Clothing and Outerwear | 60%

We examine and rate all of our items being consigned. Our Rating System is determined by the condition, retail price and the current market resale price.

Cash Payout

Take your closet and turn it into cash with our Buy-Out Program.* We offer up to 50%-60% Cash Payout depending on the item and the market value. All Payouts are made via e-transfer. Fill out the Form Below and select the Buy-Out Option.

LFC Condition Scale

Pristine, with tags, extremely minimal/no wear (shoes: marks from trying on in-store, handbags: no/very faint corner wear acceptable on one of the corners of the handbag)

Like new (some visible signs of wear - shoes: bottom of shoes are worn/heel is slightly scuffed, top and sides of shoes are in pristine condition, resoled shoes acceptable; handbags: some creasing of smooth leather on the handles, exterior of bag is pristine, some scratches/wear inside of the bag

Visible signs of wear (pilling of clothing or wool scarf, faint scratches all over smooth leather wallet or handbag, scuffed heels and toe caps with worn bottoms of a shoe

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and a tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched. Shipping time will be provided along with the tracking number and will vary due to season and courier services.  Shipping time cannot be grounds for cancellation. Should you require any express services or alternative shipping needs, please contact us at info@luxuryfindsconsignment.com before placing an order.


Please ensure your name and billing address on your credit card matches your shipping address as we will only ship to your billing address. Any incorrect information provided may result in a delay, and your order may be canceled. Any undeliverable packages returned to us will be held at the boutique for in-person pick up unless an arrangement for reshipping is made and at the buyer’s expense. LFC will not be responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect information provided to us, no exceptions.

 

Rates

A $25 flat rate shipping fee will apply for Canada-wide shipping and a $50 flat rate shipping fee will apply for US-wide shipping.

Shipping Insurance

To purchase insurance, please select the flat rate shipping + insurance option at checkout. We will then reach out to you to let you know the cost of insurance and send a separate invoice for this cost. We highly recommend purchasing additional insurance, due to the value and uniqueness of each item.


Disclaimer: LFC will not be responsible for any items that are shipping without insurance, no exceptions.

In-Store Pick Up

In-store pickup is also available during operating hours. Once your order has been placed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process and you will be notified when the order is ready for pickup. As our boutique is by appointment only, please contact us 24 hours before your visit. Please bring your order confirmation, a piece of photo ID and credit card during pickup. If you require a third-party to pick up the item on your behalf, please provide us the person’s name as shown on his/her photo ID prior to the person’s visit. LFC will not be responsible for any lost purchase with a third-party pick up request.

Availability & Fulfillment

Item availability will be based on a first come, first serve basis and is not guaranteed until fulfillment is completed. No items will be on hold unless a 30% layaway deposit and/or full payment is received. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for fulfillment. Should any items sell while you wait for a fulfillment confirmation, LFC will notify you and refund you the full amount. Please allow up to 10 business days to see the refund reflected on your method of payment.

Purchase & Refund Policy

LFC accepts Cash (in-store only)/Visa/Mastercard/American Express/E-transfer/Apple Pay/Google Pay/Shop Pay for in-store and online shopping.

Layaway

Select items are available for the layaway option with a minimum of $1000 and above. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required with a balance to be paid within 4-8 weeks discussed with LFC.

Payment: The buyer is fully responsible to communicate any change or delay in payments. Any missed payments that are not communicated to LFC may result in forfeit of both the deposit and item on layaway. All deposits will be forfeited should the full amount not received within the stated time frame. The item that was on layaway will be posted for resale.

Deposits: All deposits are non-transferrable and/or non-refundable, no exceptions.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged to resell any items that were purchased from LFC.

ALL purchases made online and in-store are FINAL SALE, we do not offer refunds of any value, store credits and/or exchanges, except for the items which authenticity is questioned as discussed in the AUTHENTICITY – FOR BUYERS.  This same policy applies to all deposits made.  Deposits cannot be transferred to other items, nor can be refunded under any circumstances.

Please note that we are a pre-loved marketplace with some items being gently pre-loved, pristine, or like-new condition. We are delighted to connect with you through video call to review items and address any questions you have to make sure that you are content with moving forward with your purchase.

LFC is not partnered, affiliated, or associated in any manner with any of the brands we sell, and the brands we sell are not partnered, affiliated, or associated with LFC in any manner.  LFC does not provide any after-sales services and/or warranties/guarantees for any of the items sold.  All items are sold in as-is condition, buyers are responsible to request for more information on the item (i.e. photos, videos) prior to purchase. LFC is not responsible for any damages of defects incurred once the parcel is shipped/picked up.

And Don't Forget...

Many of our items are gently preloved and will have some imperfections.  It is important to understand that it is the buyer’s responsibility to request for more information prior to purchase.  For clients that are more particular, we strongly suggest scheduling a visit or a video call to see the item in more detail. Imperfections that cannot be seen by the naked eye are not grounds for any refunds, store credits and/or exchanges.
Due to the nature of the items, we ensure that all imperfections are shown to our clients.  Photos may look different depending on the device and lighting settings.

 

Common Consignment Questions

Of course. LFC accepts pre-loved merchandise from accross Canada and the USA. We provide prepaid shipping labels for any items over the value of $500. To start the process please fill out online in-take submission form and our team will provide a quote within 72 business hours.

We are an appointment only boutique. Before we accept any drop offs we must first review your items. To start the process fill out the in-take submission form and an LFC team member will get back to you with-in 72 hours with the next set of steps.

Once an item(s) have been dropped off the LFC team requires 1-7 days to professionally photograph/film and authenticate. Once these steps have been completed we will post on all our selling channels.

We hope and put all efforts in to sell you items immediately. Having said that we work with a 90 day selling window.

The suggested selling price is based on the condition of the item, and current resale market value vs current retail value. Due to the uniqueness of each item, our team will go through each piece with you to discuss further details.
