LFC offers package insurance by request on shipments. Please email info@luxuryfindsconsignment.com or DM us for insurance requests. Lost or stolen shipments will be at the client’s expense.

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and a tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

TAXES, DUTIES AND TARIFFS for US clients :

For all US clients, please note that the prices on our website are in CAD dollars and DO NOT include ANY taxes, duties or tariffs. LFC does NOT have any form of control over how much taxes, duties and tariffs are calculated. Please note that all taxes, duties and tariffs calculations provided by LFC are ESTIMATES and does not reflect the actual amount that is requested by the US Customs.  It is your responsibility to pay the required amount to release the package from the US Customs. Any packages that are returned to LFC due to non-payment to the US Customs will NOT be re-sent to the US unless the client pays for 1) package re-entry fee to Canada (Canadian taxes, duties and tariffs), 2) shipping expense. Any clients that refuse to pay for any of the above within 30 days, will forfeit the item purchased, and LFC reserves the right to resell the item without any further notice.

Once payment is completed, taxes, duties and tariffs will NOT be grounds for order cancellations. LFC will NOT issue any form of compensation including but not limited to refunds, store credits, and/or exchanges. Please ensure you have asked about ALL details prior to payment.

Please note that import duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.

For your peace of mind, you may opt for shipment protection through us via DHL, which insures your order for its full value during transit.
